Spring Meeting Minutes
Tall Corn Cruisers- Spring 2008 meeting.

Treasurers report- $1017.14 in account.
Sign ups for TCCC08 are open, first attendee is in. We need volunteers to contact vendors for schwag and raffle items. Brian Swerigen from the Toyota Trail Teams will be there, but not the full trail team. No trail team dinner. It was suggested that TCC take $5 from each registration and put on a dinner Fri or Sat evening.
A vote was taken to remove term limits of officers- passed.
Art went to the IA4WD clubs meeting and found out that the DNR is now ‘on board’ with getting public access land for full size 4WD vehicles.
It was decided that the club would print up member t-shirts to have for sale on the TCC.org website for members/non members to purchase. They will probably be 3 color shirts, no pocket, logo on back (large) and on front pocket area (small).

Treasurers’s Report:
We have $1010.08 in the bank, we need to pay IA4WDA for our dues to them.
Upcoming Events: Cruise Moab, Howiepalooza, Disney
Possible Summer Get-Together: Family Camping trip to Casey’s
Membership: We have 11 paid members as of the meeting.

Motion made to amend by-laws Article VII: Officers and Elections to remove the term limits. Motion made by Rob, second by Lance. Motion passes. This will need to be voted on at the next club meeting.
